For same day delivery (Mon – Fri) please place your order by 5-30pm UK time. For Saturday same day delivery please place your order by 3pm UK time. Please note: Delivery is not guaranteed on Sundays and legal holidays. To ensure a successful delivery is made to PO Box numbers and rural route addresses, it is essential that a contact telephone number for the recipient is provided. A gift delivered in its own container (such as a flower arrangement or flowers in a vase) is recommended for delivery to; a funeral parlour, hotel, ship, hospital, business location, church or public place. Funeral tributes will ALWAYS be delivered to the funeral parlour and not to the home of the deceased. When placing your funeral order, please advise the name of the deceased.
